Samples and Schedule
After we have reviewed the scope of your project and we have finalized a colour palette for you, we will create samples for your approval ahead of time. Please allow 1-2 weeks additional lead time.

Workmanship Warranty
At New Day Exterior Accents we have manufacturer specifications and guidelines we strictly follow. All of our work including custom is backed by a 30 year product warranty and Limited Lifetime paint warranty. We use James Hardie fiber cement siding and Duration and Emerald exterior rated Sherwin Williams paint.

What Will This Cost?
We encourage and enjoy custom projects and our pricing structure is designed to make this a possibility for you! After the initial design fee, pricing varies based on style of siding and quantity of colours. On average, our clients invest and additional 10%-20% for custom work. Email us today for your free estimate.
Design fee includes consultation and up to 3 modifications with samples $150.
Additional modifications and samples are $25 each.
